I do my best work when I'm positively reinforced on occasion and in environments where I can ask questions if they arise. I love feedback, positive or critical. Additionally I am always thinking about the why of things and trying to gain a deeper understanding. As such, having a manager/supervisor that is comfortable telling me to "ask later" is wonderful.
Currently, coding creativity! Starting at a goal and thinking of a creative way to exploit code to solve that problem or reach that endpoint is something I'm working to systematize better in my brain. Reading code or watching someone suss out an endpoint they are trying to reach makes perfect sense, but I'm still working on personal inspiration. I do feel hopeful that this skill will grow with my programming skill.
I'd say you could stack my work ethic and kindness up against anyone with the likelihood I'd be coming out ahead or near the top in that shared indexing. While introverted by nature, I LOVE to form one-to-one relationships with PEOPLE, whether they are strangers, clients, customers, or coworkers. Via that true interest in getting to know someone, I feel I can contribute continuing positivity and enthusiasm to your workplace/culture and business interactions.
